Luxor and Aswan, two iconic cities in southern Egypt along the Nile River, are renowned for their ancient temples and monuments. Luxor, known as the world's greatest open-air museum, Luxor contains about a third of the most valuable monuments and antiquities in the whole world, which makes it one of this planet's most important tourism sites.
Arrive in Aswan in the morning. Check in to the Nile cruise by 12:00 PM. Visit Aswan High Dam, Visit the Temple of Philae. In the afternoon, optionally visit the Nubian Village. Enjoy activities organized by the Nile cruise crew. Overnight stay in Aswan.
Visit Abu Simbel Temple at 4:00 AM (optional), Sail from Aswan to Kom Ombo and visit the Kom Ombo Temple, Continue sailing from Kom Ombo to Edfu, Enjoy activities organized by the Nile cruise crew, Overnight stay in Edfu.
Visit Edfu Temple then Sail from Edfu to Luxor. Enjoy tea on the sundeck. Visit Luxor and Karnak Temples. Overnight stay in Luxor.
Optional hot air balloon ride in the early morning. Check out from the Nile cruise by 8:00 AM. Visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. Head back to Cairo

Luxor and Aswan were legendary! Travelling into the heart of history, we had a tour experience that was carefully planned in every detail. While we spent minimal time outside to avoid the summer heat, the air-conditioned vehicles waiting for us at the door of our cruise ship were a saviour. From exploring ancient temples to peaceful moments along the river, every moment was perfect. We were a large group of friends, and everyone was very satisfied with the precision and care shown throughout the tour. I don't even want to think about another tour company on my next trip to Egypt.
